Hi There! I hope you had a great weekend. I thought I'd pull out some of my favorites and create a skittles mani. I have been wearing this for 4 days now and it's still going strong.
I used Essie Lady Like (rose), OPI Thanks a Windmillion (sage), Shimmer Polish Irene (glitter), and Pure Ice Kiss Me Here (grey).
I think each of these colors are great picks from each brand. They are all opaque in two coats and apply so easily.
OPI Thanks a Windmillion reminds me why I love OPI so much. The brush, consistency, and wear time are all second to none. Not to mention the awesome shade of sage green....love it! Here is a post where I compared Thanks a Windmillion to other sage green shades.
Essie Lady Like was also very opaque in two coats and very easy to apply. The brush is a little narrow, but I had no problem with control. Lady Like is a perfect name for this beautiful rose shade.
If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know I LOVE Pure Ice Kiss Me Here. It is such a perfect grey and goes well with so many other colors. It's also a perfect base for various glitter toppers. Bonus...it's affordable and easy to find (I found mine at Wal-mart). Here are some of the looks I have done with Kiss Me Here. Base for Jordana Cosmic, Knock Your Socks Off, Base for Fully Turqued, Joe Guidice Inspired Mani LOL, Fall Nail Polish Picks, Grey Comparison Post.

Shimmer Polish Irene is my idea of the perfect accent nail. It's opaque in two coats and so sparkly and pretty. I see it as a more "mature" glitter. It doesn't have the big chunks and is a nice subtle champagne. It's great. I also used Irene on my 4th of July Mani.
As always, let me know if you have any comments or questions. I hope you have a great week! See you soon :)

Gorgeous skittle manicure! My nails have been naked for a few days so I really need to paint them :)
