This isn't nail polish related, obviously... but I have been sharing pics of my other hobby (cake decorating) once in a while on this blog and thought I'd share another. This is a 6 inch chocolate cake with ganache filling. This took lots of time making the stripes and the roses, but I was happy with the final product. This was also covered with fondant. I normally don't cover my cakes with fondant because lots of people don't like the taste. I did find some yummy tasting fondant, however...it's called Satin Ice. It tastes like vanilla marsh

ReplyDeleteHave you ever made your own marshmallow fondant? It's quite delicious.

ReplyDeleteThis is amazing! I am awed by the skill it takes to decorate cakes- I took a class a while back and loved it. But it's hard!
ReplyDeleteI took the classes at Michaels and then practiced a lot!!! It's fun, but takes lots and lots of time.
