China Glaze Platinum Silver Accent Wet n Wild Diamond in the Rough

China glaze wet n wild nail polish
This is China Glaze "Platinum Silver" with an accent nail in Wet n Wild "Diamond in The Rough".  Platinum Silver is very sheer. This is 3 coats and I can still see parts of the nail.  I don't wear this shade very often because I am not a fan of it with my skin tone.  I decided to try Wet n Wild Diamond in the Rough as an accent nail.  These Wet n Wild glitter polishes are very opaque and filled with glitter.  It actually makes the nail feel rough because it's so thick.  It didn't really matter what I had underneath...I didn't need a base for it.  As you can see, it's a really pretty charcoal grey glitter base with holographic glitter mixed in.  It's a pretty cool glitter polish - especially for the price:)

  1. Wow! Beautiful mani, I love that combination. I could see it looking great with a little black dress for a fancy occasion.

Love your blog! You take fantastic photos. (Also, I just noticed you have Zoya Sarah on your toes, so do I! lol)

  2. I've had Platinum Silver for years. I only wore it once, on my toes. You've convinced me to bring it out again. It's a very futuristic looking silver to me (whatever that means, lol.) :)

    1. I'm in the same boat - I never wear this one. It was pretty blah so that's why I tried the accent nail. :)
