Julep Brooke

Julep Nail Polish
Here is Julep Brooke.  I was so surprised how pretty this turned out.  At first glance, I pictured another Butter London No More Waity, Katie, but this is much prettier.  It looked pretty sheer, so I layered it over O.P.I. A Grape Fit because it was a similar purple to the base of this polish.   The shimmer looks like a very light lilac or even pink.  It's a subtle shimmer and I am really enjoying it today.  It's especially pretty in the sun.

Here (Above) is a pic of the two shades I layered.  It worked out pretty well!
Butter London Julep Nail Polish
When I first saw Julep Brooke, I thought of Butter London No More Waity, Katie.  As you can see, they are kindof similar, but Brooke has the more pinky shimmer.  I was not happy with No More Waity, Katie.  If the sparkles would shine a bit more, it would look better.  Also, the glitter has a bumpy finish, even with a top coat.  I'll be picking up Brooke before I grab NMWK again.

    1. You should - let me know if you find something else that looks good underneath....or maybe it looks good on its own??

  3. Very pretty!! I have No More Waity Katie, but it chips on me within 1 day. Seriously. I've heard other people say that they have an issue with butterLondon polishes chipping, but that's the only one that chips on me. And I was all "this is going to be my signature polish, y'all..." Ha ha NOT! Oh well! Maybe I'll have to give the Julep a shot. :)

    PS Your nails look great!

    1. The only one I have had issues with is No More Waity Katie. I love the rest of mine. Especially Lady Muck. PS. Thanks about the nails, I just broke one so they are super short.
